Order, Refund, & Return

Once the order is confirmed and delivered it can’t be refunded.

If you think you have ordered a wrong article size or, for any given reason, you don’t like your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:

• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
• The original receipt must be attached
• If you’ve worn the article, we will not be able to return it due to standards of hygiene.

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our product, standards of hygiene must be maintained.

Kindly ensure your size according to our size chart before ordering.

In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch us the product and we will send replacement as soon as we receive the parcel. If there is no product available for exchange,  a coupon of the credit amount will be given to you, after deducting the courier charges. That coupon can be used with in three months to shop at femynn.com.
